-liver, gallbladder, duodenum, head of the pancreas, right kidney, and parts of the colon/small intestine

Lower right quadrant
-appendix, part of the large and small intestines, the right ureter, and the right ovary/fallopian

Upper Left Quadrant
-stomach, spleen, pancreas, left kidney, left adrenal gland, and parts of the colon and liver

Lower Left Quadrant

-stomach, liver, and pancreas

Umbilical Region
-parts of the small intestines, transverse colon, abdominal aorta and vena cava.
