How does Light Availability affect the rate of Photosynthesis?

in the light-dependent stage light is needed to excite chlorophyll molecules and then split water molecules. as light intensity increase, photosynthesis increases until the light saturation point is reached

How does Carbon dioxide concentration affect the rate of Photosynthesis?

in light-dependent stage CO2 is the substrate for rubisco. as CO2 concentration increases, the rate of photosynthesis increases raising the light saturation point because the light independent reactions can use more ATP and NADPH and the rate of photosynthesis can increase overall

How does Temperature affect the rate of Photosynthesis?

at low temperatures molecules move slowly, so few collisions occur and the rate of photosynthesis is low. as temperature increases, molecules collide more frequently, increasing the rate of photosynthesis until increases above a plants optimum temperature and enzymes become denature, stopping photosynthesis
