To the humand mind these concepts seem totally opposed to each other, so it seems impossible to be both immanent and transcendent at the same time.

However for Muslims it is possible. As the creator of the Universe and everything Allah is outside if the physical relam and therefore not bound of limited.

Muslims believe Allah is far above the created world, but they believe that he can be experienced through it.

How is it possible for Muslims to believe in predestination and human free will at the same time?

Many Muslims believe that Allah knows everything that is going to happen without choosing what is going to happen.

Allah created people in such a way that they would make choices that they make. This means Allah knows the choices everyone wil make, even though they are provided with free choice.

This makes sense if Allah exists outside of time and is not limited by it.
