Cultural
Relating to culture (văn hóa); for example, Tết is a cultural festival in Vietnam.
Migration
The movement of animals or birds from one region to another (di cư), typically occurring in winter.
Annual
Occurring once every year (hằng năm).
Elder
An older person or a senior member of a family (người già / người lớn tuổi), such as a grandfather or grandmother.
Nutritious
Describing food that is efficient for health and growth (bổ dưỡng), such as milk, rice, or fruit.
Tradition
A long-established custom or belief (truyền thống).
Cherish
To love, protect, and care for someone or something (yêu thương, trân trọng) such as one's family.
Environment
The surroundings or conditions in which a person, animal, or plant lives (môi trường).
Breathe
To take air into the lungs and then expel it (thở); humans require oxygen to do this.
Photosynthesis
The process by which plants and trees use sunlight to make food and oxygen (quang hợp).
Consumer
An organism that derives its energy from consuming other organisms, such as a cow or a lion.
Producer
An organism that produces its own food (e.g., grass), usually through photosynthesis.
Decomposer
An organism that breaks down dead or decaying organic material, such as a mushroom.
Food chain
A sequence of organisms where each is dependent on the next as a source of food, for example: Grass→cow→human.
Offspring
The children or young of parents.
Shelter
A place giving protection from bad weather or danger, such as a house or tent.
Organism
An individual animal, plant, or single-celled life form.
Tropical
Relating to or characteristic of the tropics; Vietnam is considered a tropical country.
Population
The total number of inhabitants in a specific city or area, such as the population of Hanoi.
Oxygen
The gas that people and animals need to breathe, which is produced by trees.
Energy
Strength or power obtained from food or sleep.
Reluctant
Unwilling or hesitant to do something, such as doing homework.
Confused
Feeling a lack of understanding or clarity, which can happen when learning English.
Faith
Complete trust or confidence in someone, such as a teacher.
Desert
A dry environment where water is scarce, but organisms like a cactus can survive.
