When an agent causes an event or state of affairs.
ex: professor deciding to grab his coffee cup to sip the coffee (hand moving cup).
Hobbesian vs Kantian views?
Hobbes: If we know all of the desires, we could predict action.
Kant: There is no logical connection between wanting and doing.
