AAVE used throughout (Ruth, Walter, Mama)
African American Vernacular English - a variety of English spoken by most working- and middle-class African Americans.
Not really used by Beneatha or George (emphasis on education for Beneatha, and class for George) and Asagai (not from the USA, instead uses formal lexis.)
