Film score

is original music written specifically to accompany and give life to movie scenes

Film's director, producer

Scores are written by one or more composers in collaboration with the ________ or _______ and are then usually performed by an ensemble of musicians

Soundtrack

a selection of recorded songs that accompany a film.

Orchestrator

arranges melodic and harmonic sketches from the composer

Music editor

handles the logistics of turning music compositions into reality

Music supervisor

finds preexisting music not composed specifically for the film.

Music producer

directs a recording session. He is the composer and may also be the producer, but not all composers can lead large groups in a recording session

Performers

They need to possess strong note-reading skills and are expected to deliver a flawless performance.

Voice-over

recording is a person speaking (but not seen) during a video-often describing, highlighting. explaining, or providing additional context to what a viewer sees

Dubbing

needs a person or character. such as an animated one, where the voice actor needs to sync his voice while the character is speaking or singing.
