Of course, you have to have someone with how buggy it gets out here…I know the johnson's were using Terminix, a couple with Moxie, who'd you end up going with? Awesome, they're a great company I know a couple of the neighbors were using them as well before switching over, how long have you been using them? When you originally called them out was it more for the ants or spiders? Are they doing the monthly thing for you or quarterly?

Too expensive

I totally get how you feel, I don't want anyone breaking the bank over pest control. Now I've done a lot of research out here, i'm definitely not the cheapest guy you can call out, not the most expensive either, but i'm typically more expensive by design. I use the safest product on the market, I do a lot more on the property and spend a lot more time. Let's do this, let me take a peek in the back, I might be able to save you some money.

Of course I totally get how you feel. I do use the safest products on the market but just so you have that peace of mind I'll just stick to the outside.

For sure, I completely understand. I'm definitely not the now or never guy but with pest control its one of those things that always happen to stay on the To-Do list. I know you're going to end up calling me out the next time you see a heavy influx, or just end up going with the next guy that pops up on you. I rent

Awesome, I treat a handful of the renters out here. The problem the rest of these guys were dealing with is that the landlords only pay for the termite control and never the general pests which is why you guys are still getting these ants down below and these spiders up top. Regardless of if you rent or not nobody likes living with the bugs. I actually do a renters discount which is about half off.

I don't want a contract or I don't want a cancellation fee

I totally get how you feel, as far as the contract goes you're not actually locked into anything, the corporate guys like to make you pay out the entirety of the contract, i'm not crazy so I wont do that to you guys, all I ask since i'm giving you guys roughly $1000 in free credit, all i ask is just a $150. My bet is that you will be completely satisfied with the service and you'll be a customer for life. So lets do this I want to make this a no brainer for you guys so what I'll do is throw in my money back guarantee just to make it zero risk. Sound fair?

First brush off: Yeah definitely let them know i'll be swinging by -> continue your pitch. After price sheet: Definitely, I totally get how you feel, I want you guys on the same page, so the last thing I want is for one of you guys to get kicked to the couch at night over killing some bugs. CASUALLY ask What kind of questions do you think they'd have for me? Totally, you know i've been doing this for quite some time now and typically two questions/concerns always pop up when you end up going with a service like this… The first is is it safe? Then the second is are we getting a good deal?

I just got sprayed or My guy just came out

Okay perfect. It was the same for a lot of the neighbors. You saw him treat when he came by right? So he did the base of the home and the perimeter, which is really good at keeping bugs out of the house but the issue is it traps them in the yard. So most of the neighbors just had me playing clean up today BECAUSE I specialize on these bigger properties. With how hot and humid it gets out here, I HAVE to treat the entire yard 30ft out and a foot down; otherwise, its IMPOSSIBLE to keep these bugs off your property.
