Relaxes the LES via NO synthesis by inhibiting PDE-5 (Prevents the degradation of cGMP)

Resting cortisol - reversible if tx
When might we consider testing for hypothyroidism induced ME?
If concerent signs of Hypothyroidism are present - Relationship not proven exactly
