Standard 6-month TB Regimen (Mnemonic)
2HRZE / 4HR
Intensive Phase (Standard 6-month Regimen)
The first 2 months consisting of Isoniazid (H), Rifampicin (R), Pyrazinamide (Z), and Ethambutol (E).
Continuation Phase (Standard 6-month Regimen)
The next 4 months consisting of Isoniazid (H) and Rifampicin (R).
New WHO 4-month Regimen (Eligibility)
Adults and children aged 12 years or older with a body weight of more than 40 kg and affected by pulmonary DS-TB are eligible for this regimen, including those who are also HIV-positive with a CD4 count of more than 100 cells/mm3 and patients with diabetes.

2HPMZ / 2HPM
Intensive Phase Components (First 2 Months of 4-month Regimen)
Isoniazid (300mg daily), Rifapentine (1200mg daily), Moxifloxacin (400mg daily), and weight-based Pyrazinamide daily.
Continuation Phase Components (Next 2 Months of 4-month Regimen)
Isoniazid (300mg daily), Rifapentine (1200mg daily), and Moxifloxacin (400mg daily).
Pyrazinamide Weight-Based Dosages (40−<55kg)
1000mg daily.
Pyrazinamide Weight-Based Dosages (55−75kg)
1500mg daily.
Pyrazinamide Weight-Based Dosages (>75kg)
2000mg daily.
MDR/RR-TB
Multidrug-resistant or rifampicin-resistant TB.
BPaLM Regimen
A 6-month regimen for MDR/RR-TB if fluoroquinolone susceptible, consisting of Bedaquiline, Pretomanid, Linezolid, and Moxifloxacin.
BPaL Regimen
A 6-month regimen for MDR/RR-TB if fluoroquinolone resistant or intolerant, consisting of Bedaquiline, Pretomanid, and Linezolid.
