Solid
A three-dimensional figure that encloses a space.
Polyhedron
A solid whose faces are all polygons.
Face
A flat surface of a polyhedron.

Edge
A line segment where two faces intersect.

Vertex
A point where three or more edges intersect.

Prism
A polyhedron that has two parallel, identical bases with lateral faces that are parallelograms.

Pyramid
A polyhedron that has one base with lateral faces that are triangles.

Triangular Prism
A prism with a triangle as its base.

Rectangular Pyramid
A pyramid with a rectangle as its base.
