Population
An essential element of the state involving people within a family, a clan, and a tribe, or groups of people living in villages (Panchayat).

The physical requirement of a state consisting of a definitive terrain used to protect unity and integrity.

Referred to as the Treasury, this is one of the other elements of a state according to Chanakya.
