Culpable homicide

criminal offence occuring when a person causes the death of another human through unlawful act, criminal negligence or threatening/frighting

1st Degree Murder

homicide that is planned and deliberate or commiited during specfic severe crimes

manslaughter

euthanasia

intentional, painless act of ending a person’s life to relive intractable suffering from an incurable, painless disease

assault

Abduction

unlawful taking or carrying away of a person by force, fraud or persuation

arson

willful, deliberate and malicious burning of a property

obtaining ownership of another person’s property, money or credit

bigamy

entering a marriage with one person while still legally married to another
