Pes cavus (Cavus)
High arch condition characterized by poor shock absorption; requires cushion.
Pes planus
Flat foot condition where the arch is collapsed.
Rearfoot varus
Heel inverted with lateral loading; managed with a lateral heel post.
Forefoot varus
Forefoot inverted with compensatory pronation; managed with a medial forefoot post.
Forefoot valgus
Forefoot everted; managed with a lateral forefoot post.
Equinus
Limited dorsiflexion and early heel rise; managed with a heel raise, rocker, or AFO if severe.
Plantarflexed 1st ray
Condition where the first metatarsal is lower, leading to a callus under the 1st met head; managed by offloading the 1st met.
