Margarita
A cocktail prepared under 5 minutes consisting of 11/2oz Cazadores Silver, 3/4oz Triple Sec, 3/4oz lime juice, and 14oz Agave Syrup (Cadillac version substitutes Triple Sec for Grand Marnier).
Carlos 'Anny' Herrera
The bartender at Rancho de la Gloria restaurant who is credited with creating the Margarita in 1938 for dancer Ziegfeld Marjorie King.
Espresso Martini
A cocktail invented in the 80's in London by Dick Bradsel, composed of 11/2oz Ketel One, 1oz coffee liqueur, 1 espresso, and 14oz Simple Syrup.
Dry Martini
A classic drink that became famous during prohibition, consisting of 21/2oz Bombay 1er Cru or Ketel One and 1/4oz Dry Vermouth.
Dirty Martini
A variation of the martini believed to have originated in 1901 by Jhon O'Connor, which includes 2oz Bombay 1er Cru or Ketel One, 1/2oz olive brine, and 14oz Dry Vermouth.
Vesper Martini
A cocktail named after fictional double agent Vesper Lynd and invented by Ian Fleming for the 1953 book "Casino Royale," made of 11/2oz Bombay 1er Cru, 1oz Kettel One, and 1/2 Lillet Blanc.
Old Fashioned
Regarded as the father of all cocktails and described in 1806 as a 'bittered sling,' composed of 2oz Dickel 8 Yrs, 1/4oz Simple Syrup, and 6−8 dash Angostura Bitters.
Negroni
A Florence-born cocktail created in 1919 when Count Camillo Negroni requested a stronger 'Americano' by replacing soda with gin, containing 1oz Bombay 1er Cru, 1oz Sweet Vermouth, and 1oz Campari.
Mai Tai

Whiskey Sour
A cocktail dating back to the 1860s used by sailors to prevent scurvy, consisting of 2oz Dickel 8 Yr, 3/4oz lemon juice, 1/2oz simple syrup, 1/2oz egg white, and 2 dash Angostura.
Cosmopolitan
A cocktail credited to bartender Cheryl Cook in the mid-1980s, containing 11/2oz Ketel One, 11/2oz cranberry juice, 1/2oz Triple Sec, 1/2oz lime juice, and 1/4 simple syrup.
Caipirinha
A Brazilian cocktail whose name is the diminutive for 'caipira' (countryside person), originally prepared as medicine for the Spanish Flu using Cachaça, green lemon, and formerly honey and garlic.

A Prohibition-era drink claimed to be invented by "Old Man Bishop" in Tennessee and tweaked by his son Ransom Bishop with cola.
Last Word
A pre-Prohibition cocktail popularized in Ted Saucier's 1951 book "Bottoms Up" and revived by Murray Stenson in Seattle, made of equal parts (3/4oz) Bombay 1er Cru, Green Chartreuse, Maraschino Luxardo, and lime juice.
