How does amiodarone work?
It works by prolonging the action potential and refractory period in myocardial tissue, stabilizing heart rhythm.
How does adenosine work?
By slowing conduction through the AV node, effectively interrupting reentrant pathways and restoring normal sinus rhythm.

Pulseless VT/ VF
