Positive slope
Directon of a line that goes up.
Negative slope
Direction of a line that goes down.
Zero slope
A line that is flat.
Undefined slope
A line that is vertical.
Slope-intercept form
y=mx+b
m (in Slope-intercept form)
The slope of the line.
b (in Slope-intercept form)
The y-intercept.
Point-slope form
y−y1=m(x−x1)
Systems of equations
Can be solved by three methods: graphing, substitution, or elimination.
Mean
sum+number of values
Median
The middle value in a set of data.
Mode
The most frequent value in a set of data.

largest−smallest
Correlation types
Can be Positive, negative, or none.
Function
A relation where each input has only one output.
Domain
The set of x values.
Range (Functions)
The set of y values.
Function notation
f(x)
Exponential Growth
y=a(b)x where b>1
Exponential Decay
An exponential function where 0<b<1
Percent growth formula
y=a(1+r)x

y=ax2+bx+c
Vertex form
y=a(x−h)2+k
Vertex
The point (h,k)
Factoring
The process of finding two numbers that multiply and add correctly.
