What is does a Crimper do?
Attaches connectors to the ends of network cables by compressing the connectors’s metal contacts onto each wire.
Most crimpers are a combination of tools that strip and snip wires
What does a Cable Stripper do?
Removes outer plastic jacket from a network cable without cutting the inner wires
What does a Wi-Fi Analyser do?
Scans and analyses Wi-Fi signals
What does a Toner Probe do?
Aka Tone generator and Probe
used to trace a cable’s path
What does a Punchdown Tool do?
Used to connect (i.e. punchdown) the exposed ends of a wire into a wiring harness e.g. 110 block
