What is the Anatomical Position?
is a standard posture used in anatomy where the body is standing upright, facing forward, with arms at the sides and palms facing forward.

Proximal refers to a point of reference that is closer to the center of the body.

Distal refers to a point of reference that is farther from the center of the body.

Superficial refers to a position that is closer to the surface of the skin
Define Deep
Deep refers to a position that is farther away from the surface of the skin. (deeper within the body)
What is the difference between origin and insertion?
Origin would be considered the starting point, while insertion would be the ending point.
