Right

Subjective Right
A legal right that an individual can assert against others.
Objective Right
The set of legal norms and rules that everyone must adhere to.
Private Law
The area of law governing relationships between individuals or organizations.
Public Law
The area of law governing the relationship between individuals and the state.

A statement of reasons or facts that support a legal position.
Civil Code
