“Knows” and a few other words entail truth in both the TR and the RR, so the followis not flawed.
TMs Logic
TMs see what we call the THOUGHT Realm and the REALITY Realm as wholly separate realms. In other words, a statement that is true in TR may not be true in RR and vice versa.
Discipline
To complicate matters, TMs will differentiate within the TR as follows.

Nature of the Flaw
The fact that something is TRUE IN REALITY tells us nothing about whether a person BELIEVES, INTENDS, OR KNOWS the truth
The fact that someone BELIEVES or INTENDS something tells us nothing about the TRUTH IN REALITY
Assumption (Thought to Reality)
The person’s THOUGHTS are correct in REALITY
Assumption (Reality to Thought)
The person believes, is aware of, or knows about the REALITY
