NRS 202.020
MINOR PURCHASE/CONSUME/POSSESS ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE (M)
Any person under 21 who
Purchases an alcoholic beverage,
Consumes an alcoholic beverage in saloon, resort, or premises where liquor is sold
Possesses any alcoholic beverage in public.
Note: Possession “in public” does not include possession for an established religious purpose; possession in the presence of a parent, spouse, or legal guardian over age 21; possession with medical prescription; possession in private clubs/establishments (not open to the public); or selling, serving or transporting of alcoholic beverages by a person in the course of lawful employment

MINOR LOITER WHERE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE IS SOLD (M)
Any person under 21 years and
Loiters or remains on premises of any saloon where alcoholic beverages are sold.
Note: Does not apply to premises where alcohol is served only with regular meals and where dining area is separate from the bar; or, grocery or drugstore where alcohol is not served for consumption on the premises.

FURNISHING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO MINOR (M)
Knowingly sells, gives, or furnishes in any way alcoholic beverage,
To any person under 21 years of age
Note: Parents, guardians, and physicians are exempt from prosecution for selling or furnishing alcohol under this statute.

USE FALSE ID TO OBTAIN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE OR ADMISSION TO GAMING ESTABLISHMENT (M)
Any person under the age of 21 years,
Using false identification,
For the purpose of purchasing alcoholic liquor or being served alcoholic liquor,
OR
For the purpose of entering gaming establishments or engaging in gambling

MINOR GAMBLING OR MINOR IN CASINO (M)
Being a person under the age of 21 years,
Found playing, being allowed to play, placing wagers at, or collection winnings from,
Any gambling game, slot machine, race book, sports pool, or pari-mutuel operator,
OR
Found loitering in any premises where any licensed game, race book, sports pool, or pari-mutuel wagering is operated
Be employed as a gaming employee, except in counting room

LAYING DOW, SLEEPING, OR STORING, MAINTAINING, OR PLACING PERSONAL PROPERTY IN PUBLIC PLACES, PUBLIC BUILDING, THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY,OR OTHER PATHS (M)
No person shall obstruct or interfere with the access to any public place, public building, public right-of-way, or other paths:
By laying down, sleeping, or by storing, maintaining, or placing personal property, in a manner that impedes passage, as provided by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Pub. L, No. 101-336, 104 State. 328 (1990), as amended from time to time,
By laying down, sleeping, or by storing, maintaining, or placing personal property, within ten feet of any operational or utilizable driveway or loading dock
By laying down, sleeping, or by storing, maintaining, or placing personal property, within ten feet of any operational or utilizable building entrance or exit,
By laying down, sleeping, or by storing, maintaining, or placing personal property, within two feet of any fire hydrant, fire plug, or other fire department connection;
By laying down, sleeping, or by storing, maintaining, or placing personal property. within the public right-of-way in a manner that obstructs or unreasonably interferes with the use of the right-of-way by the general public; or
by laying down, sleeping, or storing, maintaining, or placing personal property in or upon any public place, public building, or other public right-of-way within the any overpass, underpass, freeway ramp, tunnel, bridge, pedestrian bridge, wash, spreading ground
