Caspofungin

Antifungal- inhibits B glucan synthesis (weak cell wall) candida and aspergillus- mild GI and flushing

Terbinafine

Topical antifungal- inhibits squalene epoxidase (toxic squalene) hepatotoxicity, dermatophytes

Acyclovir/valacyclovir

Antiviral HSV- inhibits viral DNA polymerase after thymine kinase activation

Ganciclovir

Antiviral CMV- inhibits viral DNA polymerase
