Hold time
The amount of times each item can be held in the chutes according to pathways standards.
Hold time: Fries
2 minutes.

Bagger allergy protocols
Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces, change food service gloves, and wash hands.
Allergy glove change trigger
Orders that have an open comment such as "allergy to gluten" or whichever the specific allergy is.
Ready-to-eat food PPE
Hair net and gloves.
Blue tray
Used by the First Bagger for drive-thru orders.
Black tray
Used by the First Bagger for dine-in orders.
Orange tray
Used by the First Bagger for carryout or third-party delivery orders.
First Bagger primary responsibilities
Bumping orders, matching trays, choosing correct bag sizes, and managing the secondary side (salads, strips, grilled/regular nuggets, wraps, mac and cheese, treats).
Second Bagger primary responsibilities
Managing the primary side (CFA Deluxes, Spicy Deluxes, reg/spicy sandwiches, grilled sandwiches, soups), ensuring fries are full/hot, and adding napkins.
2 napkins per entrée rule
The standard quantity of napkins the Second or Third Bagger must add to an order.
Third Bagger role
Takes over responsibility for fries and utensils from the Second Bagger, checks order accuracy, and supports the window.
3rd Bagger trigger
When the screen is red or there are 5+ orders off screen.
20-second rule
If an order will take longer than 20 seconds, baggers must communicate with the window to park the car.
Red line (Window station)
The indicator that bags have reached a level where a bagger should stop bagging and help with sauce.
