Divine Attributes
Characteristics and qualities of God that define His divine nature, including omniscience, omnipotence, immutability, etc.
Omniscience
The attribute of God that describes Him as all-knowing, understanding all things both actual and possible.
Omnipotence
The attribute of God meaning He is all-powerful and can accomplish all His holy will.
Omnipresence
The quality of God that indicates He is present everywhere at the same time.
Trinity
The doctrine that describes the one God as existing in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Revelation
The act of God disclosing Himself and His truth to humanity, which can be seen in general and special forms.
General Revelation
The revelation of God through nature and the created order, available to all people.
Special Revelation
The revelation of God through specific events and scriptures that provide more detailed knowledge of God.
Attributes of God
The qualities of God that manifest His nature, including moral attributes like love and mercy, and natural attributes like self-existence and immutability.
Immutability
The attribute of God that signifies His unchanging nature, meaning He is consistent in His character and promises.
Self-existence
The attribute of God whereby He exists independently and is the source of all life.
Holiness of God
The aspect of God's nature that signifies His purity and separation from sin.
Faithfulness
The quality of God that ensures He remains true to His word and promises.
Justice
The attribute of God that implies He acts in accordance with what is right and fair.
Jealousy of God
God's attribute that expresses His desire to protect His honor and ensure fidelity from His people.
Wrath of God
God's intense hatred for sin, which results in judgment against wrongdoers.
