Organoleptic (Morphological) Evaluation
Drug evaluation by means of organs of sense, including sensory characters like color, odour, taste, size, shape, and texture.
Study of Morphology
The visual examination of a drug's structure and external appearance.
Cinnamon
A drug characterized by its Brown colour during organoleptic evaluation.
Umbelliferous fruits
Drugs identified by their Aromatic odour.
Liquorice
A drug noted for its Sweet taste.
Cinchona
A drug characterized by its Fractured surface.
Rauwolifia
A drug characterized by its Wavy shape.
Senna leaf
A drug with specific dimensions of 7 to 8mm in width and 25 to 60mm in length (size).
