A philosophy that encourages individual nations to act on their own when facing threats from other nations.

International Monetary Fund
An international organization of 183 countries, established in 1947 with the goal of promoting cooperation and exchange between nations, and to aid the growth of international trade.
Peacekeeping
sending trained members of the military to crisis spots to maintain peace and order
Peace making
includes measures to address conflicts in progress and usually involves diplomatic action to bring hostile parties to a negotiated agreement.

NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement)
Allows open trade between the US, Mexico, and Canada.
