1. Tissue is removed from plant.

2. Tissue is sterilised to kill pathogens.

3. Prepare the sterile growth medium.

4. Place plant in medium, the plant hormones will stimulate the growth of roots and shoots.

5. Extract the plant and put it in sterile soil.
