Giving Way: Once at the Intersection, the following rules apply

  • You must give way to oncoming traffic on the same road, including pedestrians

  • You must give way to through traffic, next to you or behind you including pedestrians

  • Short turn before long turn. if two oncoming drivers want to go the same way, the right turn takes the shorter path, so it goes first.

  • A turning tram has right of way over all traffic.
