Internal training
Training programs organized by a company for its own employees, usually taught by colleagues or in-house experts.
External training
Training provided by outside companies, professional trainers, or institutions (e.g., conferences, specialized courses).
Shadowing
Following an experienced employee throughout their workday to observe how they do their job and learn by watching.
On-the-job training
Learning how to do a job while actually doing it at the workplace, usually under the guidance of a supervisor.
Blended learning
A mix of different methods, typically combining traditional "face-to-face" classroom teaching with online or digital self-study.
Life-long learning
The ongoing, voluntary pursuit of knowledge throughout one's entire life, not just during formal school years.
Dismissal from your job
Being fired or losing your job, usually because of performance issues or misconduct.
Disciplinary action
Official steps taken by an employer against an employee for violating company rules or failing to perform (e.g., a formal warning).
Terminate sb's employment
The official, legal act of ending an employee's contract (firing them).
Breach
The act of breaking a rule, a promise, or the terms of a legal contract.
Promocement
(Note: Likely a typo for "commencement"). It means the beginning or start of something, such as an agreement, project, or event.
Hitting out
Criticizing someone or something strongly.
Call in sick
To phone your employer to say you are ill and cannot work.
Step in
To intervene or become involved in a situation.
Step out
To leave a place for a short time.
Stand out
To be very noticeable or better than others.
Take into account
To consider or remember a fact when making a decision.
Authentic
Real and genuine.
Incentivize
To provide a reason or reward for someone to do something.
Engagement
Involvement or interest in something.

Negative and unexpected reactions to an action or decision.
