Short-acting bronchodilators
dilate bronchi (airways) to facilitate air flow. They provide quick “rescue” from acute bronchoconstriction (asthma attacks)
Long-acting bronchodilators
Dilate bronchi to facilitate airflow and are taking regularly to prevent bronchoconstriction. Not intended for fast relief
