Hot Drinks Pump/Shot Standards
Short: 2 pumps, 1 shot (8oz); Tall: 3 pumps, 1 shot (12oz); Grande: 4 pumps, 2 shots (16oz); Venti: 5 pumps, 2 shots (20oz).
Iced Drinks Pump/Shot Standards
Tall: 3 pumps, 1 shot (12oz); Grande: 4 pumps, 2 shots (16oz); Venti: 6 pumps, 3 shots (26oz); Trenta: 7 pumps (30oz).
Blended Drinks Standards
Tall: 2 pumps/scoops/base; Grande: 3 pumps/scoops/base; Venti: 4 pumps/scoops/base (12oz, 16oz, and 26oz respectively).
Americano
Available hot or iced; specialty build consists of 1/2/3/4 shots for Short, Tall, Grande, and Venti sizes combined with water.
Flat White (Hot)
Made with 2/2/3/3 ristretto shots and steamed whole milk to create a 'glossy paint' texture and signature dot.
Iced Shaken Espresso
Includes 2/3/4 shots and 3/4/6 half pumps classic; shaken with an ice scoop and topped with 2% milk.
Espresso con Pana
Espresso topped with whipped cream.
Misto
A beverage consisting of 21 hot coffee and 21 steamed 2% milk.
Caramel Macchiato
An exception build with 1 less pump of vanilla (1/2/3/4 pumps), steamed 2% milk with espresso shots poured on top and finished with caramel drizzle.
London Fog Latte
Contains 1/1/2/2 Earl Grey tea bags, 2/3/4/5 pumps vanilla, 21 hot water, and 21 steamed 2% milk.
Honey Citrus Mint
A tea blend using Jade Citrus and Peach Tranquility tea bags, 1/1/2/2 pumps honey blend, 21 hot water, and 21 steamed lemonade.
Standard Cold Foam
Prepared in a cold foam blender using 100ml nonfat milk and 2 pumps of vanilla.
Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam
Prepared in a cold foam blender using 100ml sweet cream; alternate foams always contain 2 pumps of syrup.
Refreshers
Consist of refresher base, water/lemonade/coconutmilk, and 1/1/1/2 scoops of fruit inclusions; shaken with ice.
Matcha Frappuccino
A creme-based Frappuccino using 2/3/4 scoops matcha and 2/3/4 FULL pumps of classic syrup.
Affogato
A Frappuccino modification where a shot is poured over the drink before the whipped cream is added.

Sweet Cream Recipe
Mixed into a pitcher using 350ml vanilla, 600ml 2% milk, and 1L heavy cream.
Whipped Cream Recipe
In a whip canister, use 4 pumps of vanilla and heavy cream to the max line; charge and shake 10 times each sideways and vertically.
Mocha Recipe
In a round pitcher, combine 2L hot filtered water with one full bag of mocha powder and whisk.
Cold Brew Toddy Method
Ground beans on French Press setting, 7L cold water inside the filter, tie closed, and 7L cold water outside the filter; label as 'Ready' in 20hours.
