The priest and king of Salem who appears in the patriarchal history of Genesis.

Ordo Salutis
A systematic theology term referring to the "order of salvation."
Inerrancy
The theological doctrine that the Bible is free from error (distinguished from infallibility).
Presuppositionalism
An approach to apologetics that defends the Christian faith by starting with the necessary existence of God as a primary assumption.
General Revelation
God’s disclosure of Himself to all people at all times through creation and conscience.
Special Revelation
God's specific disclosure of Himself through the Word (Scripture) and the person of Jesus Christ.
Sanballat
An influential Samaritan who opposed the rebuilding of Jerusalem's walls and sought to assassinate Nehemiah.
Onesimus
A slave who became a Christian under Paul's ministry and was eventually sent back to his master, Philemon.
