Guidelines for considering language disorders

  1. Components of language that are impaire- from, content, use of syntax, morphology, phonolgy, semantics, and pragmatics

  2. Modalities that are impaired-auditory or visual input, verbal, gestural, or written output

  3. Preocesses that are impaired-sentence processing, abstracting information fro storage from memory, and information retieval from memory.
