Who owns the drivers license and what rights do they have

It may be revoked at any time for just cause and pending a proper hearing
Can be issued with certain restrictions if necesssary
Three ways to show financial responsibility
Purchase Liability insurance ( most used )
Post a bond
Deposit money into a special account
Title certificate and Vehicle registration certificate
Title certificate- Tells you who actually owns the vehicle and you cannot sell trade or transfer the vehicle without it
Vehicle registration- Gives the name and address of person, gives complete description of vehicle, license plate number, describes the classification of the vehicle and expiration date
Right of way
You must yield whenever another road user has the legal right to proceed first. Yielding means slowing down, stopping if necessary, and letting others go before you.
First to stop = first to go.
If tied, yield to the vehicle on your right.
Left turns yield to oncoming traffic.
Always yield to pedestrians and emergency vehicles.
Right of way with respect to emergency vehicles, funeral processions, school buses, pedestrians, traffic lights, stop and yield signs when entering roadways from driveways or other roadways, and when merging and when parked.
If you’re:
entering a roadway,
merging,
leaving a parking spot,
facing a yield sign,
encountering pedestrians,
or an emergency vehicle,
you usually yield.
If you see:
a red light,
a stop sign,
or a stopped school bus with red lights,
you must stop.
The difference between Aggressive driving, road rage, and reckless driving
Aggressive driving- Driving in an bold matter
Road rage- The driver uses objects or vehicle to threaten or harm other road uses or vehicles
Reckless driving- improper acts that cause driving in a dangerous matter
