Administration: take with or without food, take at the same time every day, swallow whole or split capsule over applesauce and rinse mouth

Administration: take at night after brushing teeth, avoid talking for 5 minutes after taking, no do not eat or drink for at least 15 minutes after taking, avoid cold/hot/acidic drinks until morning
