Administration: with food/milk or after meals, antacids may be taken between meals, take full course

SE: upset stomach, increased appetite, restlessness/insomnia, sweating, headache/dizziness

Cyclobenzaprine (Amrix) tablet

Administration: take with or without food

SE: dizziness, tiredness, weakness, dry mouth, constipation, upset stomach

Cyclobenzaprine (Amrix) ER capsule

Administration: take with or without food, take at the same time every day, swallow whole or split capsule over applesauce and rinse mouth

SE: dizziness, tiredness, weakness, dry mouth, constipation, upset stomach

Cyclobenzaprine (Amrix) sublingual tablet

Administration: take at night after brushing teeth, avoid talking for 5 minutes after taking, no do not eat or drink for at least 15 minutes after taking, avoid cold/hot/acidic drinks until morning

SE: mouth numbness, pain, swelling, tongue discomfort (usually go away after an hour)

Administration: take with or without food, take full course

SE: upset stomach, diarrhea

Administration: take with or without food, separate from antacids/iron supplements by at least 2 hours
