“I am the Lord Your God who brought you out of Egypt”; signifies the slavery we have to sin because now God is saying that He has freed us from that slavery through the Cross and we are now His, just like in this line He is telling them that they are His people and have been freed from slavery in Egypt

He will give us grace from the Cross and the Holy Spirit to follow them and He is also trying to get to the root of why we break those Ten Commandments
