Bind
To tie or legally obligate someone, often used in the passive form 'be bound' by a contract.
Breach
The breaking or violating of an agreement or contract, such as a breach of trust or etiquette.
Clause
A specific provision or item in a contract, such as a penalty clause or a savings clause.
Contractual
Related to or governed by a contract, such as a contractual agreement or obligation.
Obligation
A legal or moral duty and responsibility, such as an obligation to pay under a contract.
Party
One of the participants or sides involved in a legal agreement or negotiation, such as the guilty party or a third party.
Persuasion
The act of convincing someone or the process of being convinced to sign an agreement or take an action.
Satisfy
To fulfill requirements, comply with terms, or meet standards specified in a contract.
Accommodate
To provide or supply something needed, such as a better offer, or to provide lodging.
Aggressive
Being forceful, xông xáo, or determined in promoting products to break into a market.
Apprehensive
Feeling anxious, worried, or fearful about a responsibility or project.
Bargain
To negotiate or haggle over terms and prices in a transaction.
Compromise
The act of reaching an agreement or settlement through mutual concessions.
Concede
To admit or yield, such as admitting that a project has been a failure.
Offset
To counterbalance or compensate for a loss or damage incurred during business operations.
