Actions: Flexion of the shoulder, flexion & supination of the elbow

Innervation: Musculocutaneous nerve

Brachialis

Origin: Distal anterior surface of humerus

Insertion: Coronoid process & tuberosity of ulna

Actions: Elbow flexion

Innervation: Musculocutaneous nerve

Coracobrachialis

Origin: Coracoid process of the scapula

Insertion: Medial, midshaft surface of the humerus

Actions: Shoulder flexion

Innervation: Musculocutaneous nerve

Triceps Brachii Long Head

Origin: Infraglenoid tubercle

Insertion: Olecranon process of ulna

Actions: Extension of shoulder and elbow

Innervation: Radial nerve

Triceps Brachii Lateral Head

Origin: Posterior humerus

Insertion: Olecranon process of ulna

Actions: Extension of shoulder and elbow

Innervation: Radial nerve

Triceps Brachii Medial Head

Origin: Posterior humerus

Insertion: Olecranon process of ulna

Origin: Lateral supracondylar ridge of humerus

Actions: Flex elbow, assists with supination & pronation
