Drained
A state of feeling physically or mentally exhausted, similar to feeling 'sleepish'.

Deficiency
A lack or shortage of something, such as nutrients, which may need to be replenished or 'восполнить'.
Prevent
To keep something from happening; often associated with prophylaxis or 'профилактика'.
Feel put together
To feel organized, composed, and mentally 'собранный'.
Insecure
Feeling uncertain, anxious, or 'небезопасно'.
Scammers
Individuals who commit fraud or 'мошенники'.
Consistency
The quality of being consistent or 'постоянство' in one's efforts.
Engage in
To participate or become involved in an activity ('вовлекаться').
Stick to
To follow or adhere to a particular path or plan ('придерживаться').
Underestimate
To value or judge something as being less than it actually is ('недооценивать').
Coincidence
A remarkable concurrence of events or circumstances without apparent causal connection ('совпадение').

To prove or show to be right or reasonable ('доказывать').

Easily broken or damaged; 'хрупкий'.
Mortgage
A legal agreement by which a bank lends money at interest in exchange for taking title of the debtor's property ('могидж').

Negotiation
The act of discussing something to reach an agreement, including 'перегов с собой' (negotiation with oneself).

A specific type of weightlifting exercise mentioned in the notes.

To depend on or put trust in ('полагаться').

To become very popular very quickly by being circulated through the internet.

To go for a leisurely walk.
Cognitive distortion
Exaggerated or irrational thought patterns.
Clear my mind
To empty the mind of stress or worry ('разгружать голову').
Tone deaf
Unable to perceive differences in musical pitch accurately.
Stiff
Not easily bent or changed in shape; 'зажатость'.
Perception
The way in which something is regarded, understood, or interpreted ('восприятие').

Something that looks or smells delicious.

A body that is thin but has muscle or 'curves'; similar to a 'toned body'.

Available facts or information indicating whether a belief is true ('доказательство').

To inflict a violent and disfiguring injury on something ('изуродовать').

The right to vote in political elections.
