Authoritarian

Authoritative
High control, high warmth; children tend to be confident, responsible, and socially competent because rules are clear and support is consistent.
Permissive
High warmth, low control; children may be friendly and expressive but can struggle with self-control, limits, and responsibility.
Neglectful
Low warmth, low control; children often feel unsupported and may show poor self-regulation, low achievement, and behavior problems.
