MECE (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive)
A principle of logical data organization where elements must be disjoint (not overlapping) and together exhaust the entire topic.
Low-Hanging Fruit
Tasks or improvements that are very easy to implement and provide quick, visible benefits, also known as 'Quick Wins'.
Deep Dive
A detailed and very insightful analysis of a specific problem, data, or process that goes beyond a general outline.
Deliverable
The specific end result or product of project work handed over to the client, such as a presentation, report, financial model, or strategy.
Value Proposition
The unique benefit a product or service offers to a client, which serves as the reason they choose a specific company's offer.
Benchmarking
The process of comparing a company's results, processes, and strategies against the best market standards or competition.
Scope Creep
The uncontrolled expansion of project scope beyond original agreements, which typically leads to delays and increased costs.
Synergy
A phenomenon where the interaction of different factors produces an effect greater than the sum of their individual actions, represented by the effect 1+1=3.
Pain Point
A specific problem, difficulty, or inconvenience that a client struggles with, which the consultant is tasked to solve.
Buy-in
Obtaining support and agreement from key stakeholders, such as a board of directors, for proposed changes or a new strategy.
