Created to reduce teen crashes and requires 10 logged hours of night driving.
Levels of Graduated Drivers License
The three levels are permit, provisional license, and full license.
Level I Permit Requirements
Must be 16 years old and complete a driving log with a minimum of 60 hours to obtain a license.
