They had flawed merchandising, renovation failure and they expanded too fast

IT matters & drives the entire enterprise— they rushed the expansion so all information needed wasn’t there. since things were starting not to go right, nothing was being reported so execs thought everything was fine, until it wasn’t.

hackers compromised customers’ info (phone numbers, credit card info, email addresses, names, etc)
