Feudalism
An economic and social system in which land is primarily controlled by nobles or lords, while laborers or peasants work the land in exchange for protection, land use, or other obligations.
Capitalism

Socialism

Communism

Expert Power

Legitimate Power

Reward Power
Power based on the ability to provide rewards, benefits, or positive outcomes to others.
Coercive Power
Power based on the ability to impose punishment, threats, or negative consequences on others.
Autocracy
A system of government in which power is concentrated in the hands of a single individual.
Absolute Monarchy
A hereditary system of government in which a monarch holds extensive or total political power.
Dictatorship
A system of government in which political power is concentrated in one person, typically without effective constitutional limits or meaningful political competition.
Authoritarianism
A system of government characterized by centralized political control, limited political freedoms, and restricted public participation.
Totalitarianism
A system of government that seeks extensive control over political, social, economic, and private aspects of life.
Aristocracy
A system of government in which political power is held by a privileged noble or elite class.
Oligarchy
A system of government in which political power is held by a small, privileged group.
Democracy
A system of government in which political authority ultimately comes from the people, exercised directly or through elected representatives.
