Adolescent
A young person in the transitional stage of physical, psychological, and social development between childhood and Adulthood, officially defined by the World Health Organization Co) as anyone between the ages of 10 and 19.
Child
A young human bring between birth and puberty, or a son or daughter of any age, defined by international agreements like UN Convertion on the Right of the child as any person under the age of 18.
Growth
Refers to physical and biological changer that increase body rize and mass; it is external in nature, quantitative, refers to a particular part of the body, and stops at Certain levd of maturity.
Development
Refers to the life long procery of physical, cognitive, and prychosocial growth and Change; it is internal in nature, qualitative, implies on the body av Whole, and refers to the outcome of Functioning of organs.
Pre-birth
The stage of the human cycle characterized by Potential.
Birth
The stage of the human cycle characterized by Hope.
Infancy
The stage of the human cycle from birth to 2 years.
Childhood
The stage of the human cycle from 2 to 12 years.
Adolescence
The stage of the human cycle from 12 to 18 year.
Young Adulthood
The stage of the human cycle from 18 to 40 ya.
Middle Adulthood
The stage of the human cycle from 40 to 65 yrs.
Late Adulthood
The stage of the human cycle from 65 yrs and older.
Senescence
Very old age, typically after 80 yrs, marked by significant aging.
Death
The end of life.
