Deltoids

Adductor
Muscles located in the inner thighs that are responsible for adduction of the hip joint.

Abductor

Trapezius
Triangular muscles located in the upper back and neck that are responsible for elevation, depression, and retraction of the scapula.

Triceps Brachii
Prominent, three-headed muscles located in the back of the upper arm that are responsible for extension of the elbow joint.

Latissimus Dorsi
Large, broad, and flat muscles located in the lower and middle back that are responsible for adduction, extension, and medial rotation of the arm.

Hamstring Group
Well-developed group of three muscles located in the back of the thighs that are responsible for flexion of the knee joint and extension of the hip joint.

Soleus

Gluteus Maximus
