Table Service
Service that is most directly associated with a waiter serving food at the customer's table.
Head Chef
The role with the highest level of responsibility for food production, kitchen operations, menu planning, and supervision of the kitchen staff.
Waiter/Server
A staff member who approaches customers at their tables, records their food and beverage orders, serves what they requested, and assists them throughout the dining experience.
Ghost Restaurant
Also known as a virtual restaurant or delivery-only restaurant; it is designed mainly for delivery-only food operations, preparing meals in the kitchen, accepting app-based orders, and sending food through delivery riders.
Ergonomic Hazard
A workplace hazard involving lifting practices, repetitive strain, and musculoskeletal risk, such as a worker repeatedly lifting heavy items using poor body position.
Non-Slip Safety Shoes
Personal protective equipment (PPE) that provides the most direct protection against slipping.
Coffee Shop
A type of restaurant that offers coffee, snacks, and other light meals.
Family Restaurant

The sequence presented in the module: Sumerian → Greece and Rome → Medieval → Present.
Weak Safety Culture
Indicated when workers follow safety procedures (like wearing hair restraints, washing hands, and using PPE) only when the manager is present.
