If an amount exceeds a certain threshold set by the engagement team to be deemed risk potential
Misstatements
errors, fraud, noncompliance with laws found in FS
Audit Risk
A risk the auditor expresses on an inappropriate audit opinion when FS are materially misstated

Reasonable Assurance
Provide this instead of saying 100% certain FS are correct. Always a risk of material misstatement in FS

All info is used to arrive at the final opinion by the auditor… all procedures have been run
