  • Sinus arrhythmia

  • Conduction pathway is the same as that in sinus rhythm, but the SA node fires irregularly

  • Often results from changes in intrathoracic pressure during breathing; the HR increases slightly during inspiration and decreases slightly during exhalation.

  • Regularly irregular the R-R or P-P intervals vary cyclically by more than 120 milliseconds or 10%
